Utilizing Accumulated Reports – Help Center | Teachme Communication

As reports accumulate, you will be able to search, summarize, and analyze them.

Search with AI

When you Ask the AI, it will find and show you similar past cases and people who are knowledgeable about that task.
You can also ask questions about Information and Chat content.
You can read past reports that were found, or ask the person who wrote them questions.

The more reports that accumulate, the more accurate it becomes. Making report entry a consistent habit is the prerequisite for making the most of this feature.

Summaries

You can get a cross-cutting overview of submitted reports, including:

Excerpts of information about irregularities that occurred
Insights such as multiple Members struggling with the same issue
Keywords that appear to be the key points of that week

Report Analysis

Aggregates numerical data.
You can check the actual time spent, goal achievement rates, and the proportion of time each team member spent on a task.
Data can also be exported as a CSV.

Running the Improvement Cycle

To avoid stopping at just analysis, we recommend deciding on the following three things in advance.

Decide where to accumulate things you want to change…Write down improvement ideas you notice while doing your work
Decide on a schedule and Members to discuss with…Without a regular opportunity to review, improvements will keep getting put off
Make it a place for candid conversation…Rather than a meeting aimed at reaching conclusions, make it a casual space to talk about work improvements

Supervisors / Line managers…Design rules and create Templates.
Stay informed about frontline conditions
Section managers / Department heads / Site managers…Review Summaries and Report Analysis to consider improvements and set policies
