Permissions are divided into 4 categories: "General," "Report," "Chat," and "Information." These are granted in Combinations suited to each role.
How to think about permission assignment
General
Administrator is linked to the administrator/Sub-administrator in Teachme Biz. There is no need to configure this individually.
Report
Granted to those who manage report operations.
- Template Management…Granted to those who create Templates. This is the first permission needed at the time of implementation.
- Report administrator…Granted to those who manage and edit reports.
- Viewing scope…Granted to those who design the rules for viewing scope.
- Report Analysis…Granted to those who review analytical data and consider improvements.
Chat
Determines the scope within which new Chats can be created. Chat admin covers both individual and Group Chats; otherwise, either individual chat or Group chat is granted separately.
Information
Granting Post allows the user to post Information and create/edit Templates.
Guidelines by role
- Field staff…No permissions (entering and viewing reports, as well as sending and receiving Chats, can be done without permissions)
- Team leader / Line supervisor…Template Management. Responsible for designing operational rules and creating Templates.
- Section manager / Department head / Branch manager…Report Analysis / Viewing scope. Responsible for utilizing information and considering improvements.
