Using desktop and mobile
Teachme Communication is used via a web Browser. No dedicated app is required.
However, since a narrow screen can make operation difficult, please use the following screens on a computer or a tablet in landscape orientation. On a smartphone in portrait mode, the message "Please rotate your screen to landscape mode" will be displayed.
- Report Template Management (list and details)
- Viewing scope settings
- Compare reports
- Information Template Management
Entering and viewing reports, as well as Chat, are also available on smartphones. On smartphones, you can choose to use the camera when entering images in reports.
IP Restrictions
When IP Restrictions are enabled, if you move from an allowed IP address to a disallowed IP address and attempt to perform an operation, you will be immediately logged out and returned to the Log in screen. This behavior is the same as Teachme Biz.
Note that users with admin permissions are exempt from IP Restrictions.
