Teachme Communication is a service that accumulates daily reports and interactions from the field, making them easy to search and put to use later.
What you can do
- Collect reports…Define formats such as daily reports and patrol reports using Templates, and have field Members submit them. Supports voice input, AI-assisted correction, and input from photos of paper reports.
- Review reports…Submitted reports are automatically summarized on a weekly and monthly basis. Man-hours and KPI achievement can be aggregated on the Report Analysis screen.
- Find past cases and knowledgeable people…Ask the AI and it will search through accumulated reports to surface similar cases and Members familiar with the relevant work.
- Communicate across languages…Chat and report content can be automatically translated and displayed in each user's chosen Language.
Who does what
- Administrators…Configure the organization, Members, roles, and Employment types, and assign permissions.
- Template Management and report administrators…Create report Templates and define operational rules.
- Field Members…Submit daily reports and communicate via Chat.
- Those with Report Analysis and viewing permissions…Analyze collected reports and apply findings to improvements.
Where to use it
Used in a web Browser. There is no dedicated app. Administration and analysis can be performed on a computer, while report submission and viewing can also be done on a smartphone.
