Supports voice input, AI correction, and input from photos of paper daily reports -
Review reports…Submitted reports are automatically summarized on a weekly and monthly basis.
Man-hours and KPI achievement rates can be aggregated on the Report Analysis screen - Find past cases and knowledgeable people…Ask AI, and it will search through accumulated reports, Information, and Chat to surface similar cases and people with expertise in that area
- Communicate across languages…Chat and report content can be automatically translated and displayed in each user's Language setting

- Administrators…Configure organizations, Members, job titles, and Employment type, and assign permissions
- Template Management and report administrators…Create report Templates and define operational rules
- Field Members…Submit daily reports and communicate via Chat
- Those with Report Analysis and viewing permissions…Analyze collected reports and use findings for improvement
Where to use it
Available via web Browser and mobile apps for iOS and Android.
Administration and analysis can be done on a computer, while report submission and viewing can also be done on a smartphone.
