When you try to delete an organization, you may see the message: "This organization has child organizations. Please select whether to also delete all child organizations."
Cause
There is another organization nested under the organization you are trying to delete. Cannot delete until you decide how to handle the child organizations.
Resolution
From the displayed options, please select whether to also delete all child organizations.
If you want to keep the child organizations, first use Change Parent to move them under a different organization, then delete the target organization.
Note: Cannot delete if Members belong to the target organization. Please change the Members' organization first.
