The administrator function allows you to manage organizations, Members, positions, and Employment type, as well as configure Permission Settings and Chat restrictions.
Overview
The administrator function is available to users with administrator privileges. Administrator privileges are not configured individually; they are automatically granted to users who are designated as administrators or Sub-administrators on the account platform.
Specifications
Organization
- You can Create Organization, edit, and Delete organizations, and Change Parent.
- You can add and remove Members from an organization.
- You can import organizations from an org chart image. Multiple images can be Uploaded together.
Restrictions when deleting an organization
If there are subordinate organizations, you must choose whether to Delete them along with the subordinates. Organizations will never be deleted without confirmation.
Positions and Employment type
Positions and Employment type are registered as master data and linked to accounts. They are displayed on the Profile, Chat contact information, and Permission Settings screens.
Permission Settings
The following permissions are granted to each User.
- Administrator
- Report Administrator
- Template Management Administrator
On the Permission Settings screen, if a User belongs to multiple organizations, all of those organizations are displayed. The parent organizations of the Organization are also included in the display.
Chat organization restrictions
You can restrict Chat partners By organization. When enabled, Members outside the specified organization will no longer appear on the New Chat creation screen.
