During Chat operations, the following Messages may appear.
- At least 2 members required.
- Please keep the file size under (size).
- Cannot display PDF.
Causes and Solutions
At least 2 members required.
A Group chat requires at least 1 other person besides yourself (2 people total). You cannot reduce the Members to just 1 person. If you no longer need the Group chat, please delete or hide the room.
File size limit
There is a maximum File size for attachments. Please compress or split the File before sending so that it does not exceed the size shown in the Messages.
Cannot display PDF.
This occurs when the Preview of a PDF within Chat has failed. Please Download the File and then open it.
