2026/10/21 Fixed an issue where removing administrator privileges in Teachme Biz did not remove the administrator status

Fixed an issue where, even after removing a User's administrator privileges in Teachme Biz, they remained an administrator in Teachme Communication and could still access the admin panel and other features.
When permissions are changed in Teachme Biz, the changes will now be reflected in Teachme Communication as well.
