2026/10/22 Reference data can now be registered and used as Template options and category candidates

We have added "Reference data" to the administration screen.
You can either Import a list of clients, work locations, and other items from a CSV File, or create them directly on the screen, and use them as choices for "Options" in report Templates, or as category candidates for Specific items such as man-hours, time-based records, and time-specified entries.
Even when there are many candidates, you do not need to enter them one by one into a Template — and when you update the Reference data, the candidates in any Template using that Reference data will also be updated.

Only administrators can register and edit Reference data.
