2026/10/14 Report input fields are now visible while using Voice input on mobile Browser

On vertical screens in mobile browsers (browsers on smartphones and tablets), the display that appears when you tap "Voice input" has been changed from a popup at the bottom of the screen to a bar at the top of the screen.
Input fields are no longer hidden while recording, so you can speak while checking which field each response goes into.
The display now matches that of the PC screen.
