The following issues have been fixed.
- An issue in the Create Report screen where, when scrolling, the formatting buttons of an unfilled field would follow to the top of the screen and overlap the body text of other fields
- An issue in the Global Search "Chat" results where symbols such as "<p>" were displayed in the Messages excerpt
