"Search with AI" is a feature that lets you ask AI about the contents of reports, Information, and Chat to find the information you need or people with specific experience or skills.
On 2026/10/30, the name was changed from "Find People/Skills," and it became possible to search Information and Chat as well.
Overview
You can ask questions in natural language, such as "Who has experience with welding?" or "Was there an Information notice about the year-end holiday closure?"
In addition to finding people with relevant experience, it can also answer questions about report body text and Comments, summaries, numerical aggregations, Submission status, Information content and read status, and Chat exchanges.
Specifications
- The search targets are submitted reports, Information, and Chat Messages
- The scope of answers is limited to reports and Information that the person asking can view, and Chat that the person asking has joined (this applies to administrators as well)
- Once you leave a Chat, that Chat will be excluded from subsequent questions
- The basis for answers is displayed in "Reference Reports," "Reference Information," and "Reference Chat" cards.
Opening a Chat card will open the Chat at the position of that message - People recommendations are based on reports (Information and Chat do not serve as the basis for recommendations)
- Question history is retained and can be reviewed or deleted later
- The maximum number of conversation exchanges per question is 5. If the limit is reached, please start over as a New Question
