Tell me about the administrator features – Help Center | Teachme Communication

The administrator features allow you to manage organizations, Members, positions, and employment types, as well as configure permissions, Chat restrictions, and Reference data.

Overview

The administrator features are available to users with administrator privileges. Administrator privileges are not configured individually; they are automatically granted to users who are designated as administrators or Sub-administrators on the account platform side.

Specifications

Organization

You can create, edit, and Delete organizations, and Change Parent.
You can add and remove Members from an organization.
You can import organizations from an org chart image. Multiple images can be Uploaded together.

Restrictions when deleting an organization

If an organization has subordinate organizations, you must choose whether to Delete them along with the parent organization. Organizations will not be deleted without confirmation.

Positions and Employment type

Positions and employment types are registered as master data and linked to accounts. They are displayed on the Profile, Chat contact information, and Permission Settings screens.

Permission Settings

The following permissions are granted on a per-User basis.

Administrator
Report Administrator
Template Administrator

On the Permission Settings screen, if a User belongs to multiple organizations, all of those organizations will be displayed. The parent organizations of the user's Organization are also included in the display.

Chat organization restrictions

You can restrict Chat contacts By organization. When Enabled, Members outside the specified organization will no longer appear on the New Chat creation screen.

Reference data

You can register lists of clients, work locations, and other items as Reference data, which can then be used as options or category suggestions in report Templates.
